Galina Mancheva Kuneva – Seniour legal expert at the Legal Department, Sofia University.
I’ve been working for Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” for 13 years now. My work includes documents’ preparation and providing legal advice on labor law, administrative law and intellectual property, including but not limited to copyright and patent law. I provide legal consultations on learning activities in relation to national and international projects. I’m responsible for the drafting of employment contracts and all labor-related legal documents for faculty members and employees. I take part in compiling rule-books, manuals, labor and learning activity regulations, instructions, tariffs, statutes etc.
I organize, manage and coordinate the work of the legal consulting department and look after the legal proceedings of university business.
As legal consultant I prepare documents and give opinions; oversee the proceedings, preparing documents, adherence to acting law; legal representation in the court of law; representation in special jurisdictions and administrative authorities.
The functions of Sofia university IP Manager are to support the project IP manager and work for the fulfillment of TeSLA IP objectives at institutional level.
