Secretary General
EQANIE’s Secretary General Martin Foerster is the main contact partner for EQANIE in the project. Holding a doctorate in History he is now working in international quality assurance for higher and further education since 2016. As Head of the International Office of the German accreditation agency ASIIN he implements projects, trainings and workshops in internal and external quality assurance, capacity building and education management.
